Finding the Mean (Average):
- Find the sum of all numbers in the group
 - Divide the sum by the number (quantity) of numbers in the group
 
Finding the Median of a Group of Numbers:
- Arrange the numbers from least to greatest
 - If the number (quantity) of numbers in the group (n) is: 
- odd » the median is the middle number
 - position (n + 1)/2
 - even » the median is the average of the two middle numbers
 - Find the average of the numbers in positions (n + 1)/2 ± 1/2
 
 
Finding the Mode:
- It is helpful to arrange the numbers from least to greatest
 - It is helpful to create a table to organize each number and its frequency
 - The mode is the number or numbers that occur most often
