What is GreeneMath.com, what is your goal as an organization?

GreeneMath.com is a free resource that provides math help to everyone, regardless of income. There are many good sites out there, but only a handful are free. Most find that they must charge in order to keep up with normal business expenses. It is our goal as an organization to provide free high quality tutorials that can make a significant impact on the comprehension of core math subjects. We believe that education should be free and available to anyone who wants to invest the time and energy to learn and further themselves.

Why does GreeneMath.com need my donation, what will you do with the money?

GreeneMath.com is a free service. We have the same expenses as any other organization. We pay for professional services such as accountants and lawyers. We pay salaries to teachers and tutors that make exams and tutorials. We pay fees for web hosting and design. Ultimately, your money is reinvested into the company to ensure that quality math tutorials continue to be produced and distributed for free.

Why would I donate, don't you earn money from advertisments?

GreeneMath.com does earn money from advertisements. This is a great way to earn revenue, but it is usually not enough to cover all of our expenses. Ultimately we would like to offer a site that is completely free of advertisments, however this is not possible at this time.

Is GreeneMath.com a 501(c)(3), will my gift be tax deductible?

No, at this time GreeneMath.com is not a 501(c)(3). Your gift will not be tax deductible. After careful thought and consideration, a 501(c)(3) is currently not the best option for the organization.
